VS Lignite Power Private Limited (“VSLP”) is a power generation company located in the Gurha Village, Bikaner District of Rajasthan and is presently operating a 135 MW (1x135 MW), lignite-based power plant, located at Gurha Village, Bikaner District, in the state of Rajasthan. The plant was commissioned on 30 March 2010. The power plant gets its lignite from Gurha East lignite mine owned and operated by the Company. VSLP is presently owned by Blue Ashva Capital, an Alternate Investment Fund that is backing sustainable and long-term profitable businesses which are solving real challenges and building lasting value in core sectors.
